What started as a business friendship has blossomed into a deep conviction and call to create a space for believers like you to have the resources, community and confidence to navigate the marketplace as God has called you to. This is not a business, this is a movement. We are here to call up and raise up Women of God in the marketplace for breakthrough in the name of Jesus. Not just breakthrough with results or profit... But breakthrough in the homes, hearts of our children, and the generations of women to come.

Let's start at the beginning!
Between Allee and Liana, there are 15+ years of experience in business. Allee worked in tech, social media and for Christine Caine. Liana comes from a sales background and has a deep passion for merging business with ministry. In 2022, Liana spoke at Allee's conference, at the end a hurricane left her stranded at Allee's house for a few days. What was a crazy natural disaster ended up being a move of God. During the hurricane, Liana and I realized how much they had in common. They burned to create resources and solutions to support women in furthering The Kingdom in the marketplace and beyond. The rest was history. Now, they are ready to give others what they have found in each other and their own journeys - the power and confidence of God through community and communion. And so, Believers in Business was born.

Meet Liana
Liana is a business coach who knows there is nothing she can create without the Creator as the foundation. While she grew up in the faith, it was her entrepreneurial journey that truly tested her beliefs and relationship with God. While she had always known God, it was through these challenges that she came to recognize Him as the Sustainer in every facet of her life. Her heart for God fuels her purpose in mentoring a new generation of Faithful Business Builders. She is dedicated to guiding others in harnessing their faith and ambition to build businesses that honor God, offer financial freedom, and create generational legacies. Meet Allee
Allee is a dynamic trailblazer and seasoned entrepreneur who has gleaned the value of rest through her journey of business-building and encounters with burnout. Unwavering in her faith, she doesn’t hesitate when God brings her to new ventures or challenges. Instead, she embraces obedience and steps out boldly, relinquishing her “perfect” plans in favor of divine guidance. With a diverse portfolio spanning 7 businesses, from wedding cake making when she was 22 and a flower business, to business coaching and advertising, Allee understands that true success comes from taking up her cross daily and following the path laid out by the ultimate source of goodness and success. ALLEE
You are not the same as others, so why would you use the same business strategies? This thought was something we have discussed over the last two years of friendship while running their own businesses. Over the last year, God humbled us to step away from courses, hiring, masterminds and reminded us the BEST strategy you can bring to the table is simple: prayer. Every great movement of God has started with prayer and intercession - why do we not approach business in the same way? This led to the creation of our signature method, The Katartismos Approach. Everything you do in the Believers in Business world will follow this method in starting everything with prayer.
So, what exactly is "katartismos"? Long story short, it is found 17 times in the LXX (the first Greek translation of what we know as the Old Testament) . It speaks of a preparation process that can mean “to establish” (Ps. 74:16); “to equip or restore” (Ps. 68:9); and “to complete and finish” (Ezra 4:12, 13).
As a believer, business owner, daughter, and every other title you hold, you are always in a process. From today to Heaven, you are being prepared... And it is blessing we get to lean into that truly releases Heaven here on earth. Let's prepare and rejoice in the process together. When God moves, we move, too.

Believers in Business is a company focused on equipping Christian business women with tools they need to thrive and expand The Kingdom in their life, marketplace, ministry and beyond. From educational tools to events, we are here to gather women around the world for Jesus.
We believe The Lord is changing this generation and the generations to come through His daughters in the marketplace. We are on a mission to support every woman answering that call on their heart in transforming their mind, stirring up faith to believe deeper, and truly activating the power of God in their lives, homes, and businesses.
That movement needs prayer at the helm. From now until June 15th, we are focused on gathering as many believers as possible to pray for our world, nation, economy, marketplace, homes, children, and what God is doing. It is time for believers in business to stand with Jesus and move into the world unlike ever before - the marketplace is ready for harvest (Matthew 9:37-38). Let's multiply the workers in Jesus' name together.
